So Yesterday my boyfriend and I went out for dinner to celebrate our one year anniversary! In his hometown there is this 'new' hotspot called BAR 35. The actually opened in june 2014 but because I'm living in Amsterdam we didn't had any time to visit it earlier and my boyfriend really wanted to go there because BAR 35 is known for there burgers and beer! They have home-made burgers and 35 types of beer on the menu.
We started with the Nacho's to share! And damn those were good! The price was only €7,- for a big plate of tasty nacho's for two. +10 points for the home-made(?) guacamole!
And as main course of course the burgers! I choose the Chili burger but then the lady version ( That means a smaller bun and less meat) and how kindly that they take of €2,- of the price so my burger with fries was only €11,-. My boyfriend choose the classic BAR 35 burger and he had the normal one so his burger was €13,- or €14,- not quit sure. You can also choose to 'supersize' your burger into an XXL one and that will add €2,- to your burger.
The price/quality ratio is very good! Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly. There is a very good vibe and atmosphere at BAR 35 and they play (when we were there) remixes of classic songs. I heard an modern remix of Tracy Chapmans give me one reason to stay hear that I've heard before at a party and that just made me smile.
